About CoreWell Longevity
What is CoreWell Longevity?
CoreWell Longevity is a proactive, optimization-focused wellness practice built around the belief that normal is not optimal. We specialize in personalized, program-based care designed to prevent disease, optimize health, and help individuals reach their highest potential for vitality.
How is CoreWell Longevity different from traditional healthcare?
Traditional healthcare is largely reactive and insurance-driven. Our approach is proactive, personalized, and relationship-based. By operating outside of insurance, we’re able to spend more time with clients, focus on root causes, and prioritize long-term health outcomes instead of short-term symptom management.
What does “Normal is NOT optimal” mean?
It means that falling within standard lab ranges does not always equal feeling or functioning your best. Our goal is to help you achieve optimal health—not just avoid disease.
Programs & Care Model
Why do you use a program-based approach instead of one-time visits?
True health transformation takes time. Programs allow us to understand your health deeply, track progress, make adjustments, and provide ongoing support rather than offering fragmented, one-off care.
Are your programs personalized?
Yes. Every program is customized based on your health history, lifestyle, goals, and lab data when appropriate. No two programs are the same.
How long are your programs?
Program length varies based on individual needs and goals. During your initial consultation, we’ll recommend a structure that best supports long-term results.
Services & Therapies
What types of services do you offer?
Our care may include personalized wellness programs, functional medicine, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, and peptide therapy. Services are selected based on individual needs and integrated into a broader care plan.
Do I need all of the services to be a patient?
No. Care is always personalized. Not every individual needs every service, and recommendations are made based on what will be most beneficial for your health goals.
Are treatments medically supervised?
Yes. All therapies and programs at CoreWell Longevity are medically guided and overseen by qualified providers.
Insurance, Pricing & Payment
Do you accept insurance?
No. CoreWell Longevity operates outside of insurance to allow for personalized care, longer visits, and greater flexibility in treatment options.
Why don’t you accept insurance?
Insurance-based care often limits time, testing, and treatment options. Removing insurance allows us to focus entirely on your health—not billing codes or restrictions.
Do you offer payment plans?
Payment options and program pricing are discussed during your initial consultation.
Do you accept HSA/FSA as payment?
Yes, you may use pre-tax dollars from a Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for your consultations and lab fees.
What to Expect
What happens during my first visit?
Your first visit focuses on understanding your full health picture. This includes an in-depth discussion of your health history, current concerns, goals, and next steps for building your personalized program.
How much time do you spend with patients?
Visits are intentionally longer than traditional appointments, allowing for meaningful conversations, education, and collaboration.
How often will I have follow-ups?
Follow-up frequency varies by program and individual needs. Ongoing guidance is a core part of our care model.
Who CoreWell Longevity Is For
Who is a good fit for your programs?
Our programs are ideal for individuals who want proactive, preventative healthcare, are tired of being told their labs are “normal,” and are committed to long-term health and optimization.
Is this right for me if I feel “mostly fine”?
Yes. Many clients seek care not because something is “wrong,” but because they want to optimize performance, energy, and longevity.
Do you work with chronic conditions?
We focus on root-cause approaches and optimization. During your consultation, we’ll determine whether our programs are a good fit for your specific needs.
